I am a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario (#009137), based in Ottawa. I have a B.A. from Simon Fraser University in Psychology and Political Science, and an M.Ed. in Counselling Psychology from the University of Ottawa.

Beyond my graduate training at the University of Ottawa, I have engaged in ongoing professional development to advance my skills and knowledge as a mental health professional.  I have completed a post-graduate certificate program in the treatment of complex and developmental trauma from the NARM Training Institute.  I also currently participate in ongoing training and clinical supervision to ensure the quality of care I provide to clients.

I also have extensive training as a professional dancer, and I am exploring ways of more fully integrating the body and movement into my therapeutic practice.  I offer movement therapy workshops and classes to the public that are trauma informed. My current research examines the intersection of relational and somatic movement patterns at the individual, collective, and societal level.
